Position: Education Partners in Learning Coordinator

 

Experience required:

1-3 years of related experience

 

Education required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Education, MBA (Education related) preferred

  • Professional Training & certification

  • Proven education subject matter expertise

  • Knowledge, skills, abilities

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organized

  • Leadership and management experience

  • Proven expertise and effectiveness in public complex/ matrix organizations

  • Proficient in Microsoft technology

  • Project management skills are required

 

Primary job responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution of Partners in Learning MOU commitments

  • Teachers and students main point of contact for all EDU initiatives & activities

  • Build local MOE students and teachers communities to support schools technology initiatives

  • Coordinate marketing activities with EDU partners and the MOE

  • Implement innovative Education Forums at country level

  • Drive students and teachers MS technology adoption and usage

  • Deliver MS academic offerings presentations when required

  • Identify Pathfinder and mentor schools to participate in deep engagement program.

  • Build online community of innovative educators (classroom teachers and school administrators).

  • Execute one Envisioning Workshop for Education Elites.

  • Develop a local advisory of education thought leaders.

  • Work with EDU Lead to drive at least 2 top stories about PIL programs

  • Incorporate PiL positioning/messaging into subsidiary-wide efforts.

  • Work with EDU Lead to develop long-term sustainability plans in partnership with local stakeholders, partners, and internal organizations.

  • Report quarterly budget spend forecasts and update projections regularly to EDU Lead

  • Conduct regular one on ones (1:1s) with Education Lead.

  • Work with EDU Lead to submit annual PiL review for current FY and plan for next FY

  • Responsible for implementing PIL in Trinidad and Jamaica
